Experienced delivery lead with a successful track record of digital and transformation programmes as well as leading digital change portfolios and service teams. I have designed and delivered strategic transformation roadmaps, end-to-end products & services, websites, campaigns and agile portfolio delivery at scale.

I have experience delivering complex digital change, working with stakeholders, users & multi-disciplinary teams. Supporting teams deliver products and services that meet the GDS Service standard and Tech code of practice.

I have introduced agile ways of working at scale, DDAT and service design professions and introduced effective governance for projects, products and services.

I recently led the Agile Transformation of the Digital Directorate at Homes England, looking at people, processes and culture to establish a mature delivery function. My aim was to create an environment where we can help the organisation solve important problems, with digital solutions that meet user needs; without compromising the wellbeing of colleagues to deliver and support them.

I introduced multiple delivery teams and recruited DDAT professions to mobilise long-lived multi-disciplinary teams. I coached teams in agile principles, collaborating with colleagues to bring consistency in ways of working, tools and to establish best practice. I extended this further by publishing a Digital Playbook, a source of reference for new and existing people.

I established new portfolio governance to support the prioritisation and delivery of projects and help us operate within sustainable WIP limits. This involved designing a clear project front door process with the appropriate triage and feedback mechanisms that positioned the Heads of Professions upstream. This was complemented with a visual portfolio pipeline, surfacing key metrics from teams to help us make informed decisions at the Digital Portfolio Board with senior stakeholders.
